What is CrossFit?

A revolutionary new way to workout, both your mind + body. 



When you perform different movements daily you get results faster. With CrossFit, it’s rare that you will ever repeat the same workout twice. This means your body won’t ever plateau and the workouts will always be challenging and fun. You will improve your stamina + endurance as well as become stronger, faster, more flexible and all around more physically fit.



Intensity is essential for results and in CrossFit we measure the intensity as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. A constantly varied approach to training, using functional movements added in with a dose of intensity leads to dramatic gains in fitness.



Functional movements are the movements that allow your body to do the most work in shortest time. They also look like real life. They are comprised of the motor patterns needed to enhance the physical component of your life. We want you to be prepared for everything life may throw at you. Who is CrossFit Best For?

The short answer is You! If you have a love of fitness + enjoy a good challenge you're a perfect fit. With commitment and a little hard work, anyone can make a big change. If this sounds like you, we would LOVE to meet you.

Beginners + Newbies

You do NOT need to be in great shape to be part of our program. In fact, if you are a beginner, you'll see the most significant results in the shortest amount of time. Our greatest success stories come from the athletes who were the least fit when they started. It is your effort that is applauded the loudest, not your final score.

Current or Former Athletes

We train our athletes in everything from gymnastics to advanced movements. This cultivates a great capacity for controlling the body, while maximizing the strength to weight ratio and flexibility. There is also an emphasis placed on Olympic Weightlifting because it develops an athlete's explosive power, a control of external objects, and mastery of critical motor recruitment patterns.

Moms, Dads, Grandmas

Everyone in our gym is an athlete. You do not have to play a sport to hold this title. If you've ever run out to your car in the rain, carried something heavy for any distance, or chased your kids around the house, you are an athlete in our book. You don't have to be in great shape to hang out with us. We help you get results quickly.

Who is CrossFit NOT For?

CrossFit is unique in its ability to deliver significant positive change in anyone who pursues it, but CrossFit is definitely not for everyone.

CrossFit is based on the idea that significant results require significant effort. We make no bones about that at our gym. You can be massively successful + make huge changes, but you have to be willing to put in the effort. If you like a challenge, love to learn new things, love being around people who truly care about each other, and aren't afraid of a little sweat (or a lot!), we'd be a great team.
